Who we are

XC Gradient is a small team in Barcelona, building the knowledge infrastructure that industry runs on. That is all we can say for now. What we can talk about is how we work.

Our standards

Ownership. You own the problem until it is solved. Nobody hands it off, nobody bails you out.
Speed. We work in hours, not quarters. Keeping things moving is the actual job.
Hard work. We put in real hours because we want to. If that sounds like too much, this is honestly not the place.
